Emily graduated from Central Saint Martins Art School in 2001 and immediately moved to New York to assist Camilla Nickerson at American Vogue.
After two years assisting, Emily returned to London to pursue her
own styling career and began working on The Face with the
then up-and-coming photographer Alexi Lubomirski.
She then went on to style for Teen Vogue, V, Vanity Fair, Interview,
American GQ and Russian Vogue. Most recently
she has been styling for Vogue China, continuing to build
her reputation in both her editorial and celebrity work.
Among the photographers with whom she has worked with are Norbert
Schoerner, John Akehurst, Alexi Lubomirski, David Bailey, Miles
Aldridge, Julian Broad, David Slijper, Regan Cameron, Lee Jenkins
and Laurie Bartley.
In addition to her editorial work, Emily has styled advertising
campaigns including Swarovski, Paul Smith, Elle McPherson Intimates,
Ritz Fine Jewellery featuring celebrity Chloë Sevigny and Dove
'Real Beauty'.
Other notable commission include acting as contributing fashion
stylist for 'The Rolling Stones Bigger Bang Tour' in 2005 which
saw her talent move into a new area of styling where she contributed
towards the creative concept of the bands 'Tour' wardrobe and developing
the wardrobe for a short film starring Chloë Sevigny.
