Bruno Silvani hails from
Marseille, France where he first recognized his fondness for hair
styling at a young age. He lost no time by enrolling himself at
a hair-styling school at the age of 16 and began working at salons
shortly thereafter. By 21, he alternated his efforts between the
film and theatre circuits.
Bruno decided to reside permanently in Paris at age 24, where he
started to concentrate his skill in fashion and beauty photography.
In doing so, he has collaborated with photographers such as Thierry
le Gouès, Serge Leblon, Javier Vallhonrat, Jean Loup Sieff,
David Bailey, Gilles Bensimon, Bettina Rheims, Philippe Cometti,
Mark Borthwick and Jean Baptiste Mondino.
Over the years, his creations have filled the pages of magazines
such as Numéro, Vogue, Flair,
French, Amica, Ten, Gloss, Rebel,
Elle and Marie Claire. Advertising campaigns,
including Lancôme, Vanessa Bruno, Anteprima, Daniel Hechter
and Dim, to name a few, also showcase his talent.
